Despatch Times

Most orders which have cleared payment before 3pm are despatched the same day on a 2 day delivery service. Orders under 1.5kg are usually sent by Royal Mail second class, however Friday's orders are usually despatched on Saturday. Delivery times are not guaranteed and orders over 2kg may take longer. Payments by either Paypal or our own Secure Checkout clear immediately, however Google Checkout can take up to 6 hours to clear and miss the despatch time.

Standard Postage and Packaging

P&P is calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your order. There is a £2 minimum charge to cover the cost of processing small orders and then the cost increases marginally with the weight. Typically, orders over 2kg cost more to send than we charge as we wish to keep P&P charges low. The exact amount is automatically calculated at the checkout based on the weight and size of the parcel.

Please call us on 01905 756061 to check availability of next day delivery and pay using our secure checkout. Orders paid by Google Checkout take longer to process, therefore please do not use Google Checkout if your order is urgent. There may be an additional charge for next day delivery. If you require guaranteed next day, please state that it must be guaranteed, otherwise we will use a non guaranteed service such as Royal Mail First Class. The cost of guaranteed next day is considerably more.
