Terms and Conditions

Online orders will be confirmed via the email address supplied at the time of ordering. This confirmation will include details of the product(s) purchased and payment made, including any delivery costs. You will need to provide a valid E-Mail address and check your E-Mail to receive important information about your order.
If we are unable to supply any items or you are unwilling to accept any unagreed delay that may occur, we will offer an immediate refund as long as the goods have not already been despatched.


Although orders are normally despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment, all orders are subject to availability and we aim to fulfil stocked orders within 7 days (which is extended during holiday periods).

We will deliver to the postcode given on the order. If this is incorrect then additional delivery charges may apply.

There must be access and someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If there is no one available on the first visit, a card may be left for you to call to re-arrange delivery or to collect the parcel from either the Post office or the courier depot or neighbour, depending on the method of postage we used for your order. Our contract is complete if a neighbour has accepted delivery of the goods or if we have followed your delivery instructions to leave without signature. If the goods are returned by the courier then there would be additional charges to re-send the goods. Please call us if you have any special shipping requirements, which we will write onto the parcel, however we cannot guarantee that the courier will follow the instructions. If in doubt, please choose a delivery address which is normally occupied and accessible. If we are unable to make delivery then a return charge will apply.

Warranty and Returns Policy

This Warranty and Returns Policy does not affect the customers statutory rights under UK law
Please trial our products to ensure they are suitable for your machines or environment. All products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship if you notify us of the fault within 14 days of receipt. Claims for accidental breakages or damage under the guarantee cannot be accepted.
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from us, however, if you wish to return your product we will refund the purchase price less 20% restocking charge and less any carriage charges and bank charges, providing that it is in a re-saleable condition. Please return it to the address below within 14 days from the received date, complete and in suitable packaging. After this period a refund cannot be considered. Please note that a refund will only be made after the goods have arrived and been inspected at our premises, and providing the goods have not been used and are in exactly the same condition. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned in good condition and we recommend obtaining proof of delivery. Upon inspection, should the goods show any signs of damage or having been used, we reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the agreed refund amount. We also reserve the right of non-acceptance of the goods, in which no refund will be made at all, should the goods prove not to be re-saleable due to any damage or if they were made to order. In this case, the goods will be returned to you and you will be responsible for any further carriage charges. The goods must be packed in suitable packaging so as to eliminate damage in transit and contain a note with the original order reference number so we can identify the goods.
If you do not accept delivery then a return charge will apply which is likely to be the same or higher than the original delivery charge on the invoice.

Price and Payment

All prices quoted on the website are in Sterling (GBP) and are plus postage and VAT where applicable. Any exchange rate applicable to our prices is an indicative rate only, and you may be debited with a different amount.

If paying by bank transfer from a bank account not registered in the United Kindom, then the payment method "Bank Transfer From Overseas Bank (Not UK)" must be selected. For small orders this will add an additional fee to the order to cover bank charges. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct payment method is selected and the correct currency conversion is applied to ensure that the payment we receive matches the invoice value.


Refunds cannot be made without incurring charges to cover bank charges and work done, materials used and commitments we have made to our suppliers to satisfy your order. If goods have already been despatched then the they will need to be returned (see above Returns Policy). We cannot refund less than £1.

Should the original credit or debit card payment be reversed for any reason prior to our issuing a refund then we reserve the right to recover the outstanding amount plus an additional charge of £50. Refunds will be processed up to 2 working days from receipt of returned goods

Shortages, Breakages or Incorrect Items

If you order contains incorrect items, damaged items or is incomplete, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order to give us the opportunity to investigate and correct any errors. You will need to facilitate the return of any items (even if being returned due to our error) by re-packing in suitable packaging and either returning at your cost or making the package available for collection by our courier on the agreed date. The courier will only make one collection attempt even if the collection is a result of our error. Any additional collection attempt can be arranged at a additional cost or you can return the goods using your own method. 
If you do not receive your order you must inform us within 14 days of order placement to allow a claim for a lost parcel.

Marks, Dirt or Minor Imperfections

All are laundry bags are sold for the purpose of laundry and a small mark that may be considered an "imperfection" on a garment or wedding dress is not considered to be a defect on a laundry bag intended as a washing aid. Whilst we are not aware that any of our products contain such marks, we have had a situation where once we explained our usual policy on this a customer thought this was a change in or terms. We therefore need to make it clear that such marks do not impact the fitness for purpose and cannot be considered to be a fault or reason for return.

Some bags may be slightly soiled at our warehouse or in transit and we always recommend wash before use.

Returning an item due to a mark, dirt or minor imperfection that does not impact the fitness for purpose would be at the customer's expense unless agreed otherwise.
